Self storage is specifically listed under paragraph 9 of the Ohio Director’s Stay at Home Order as an Essential Infrastructure.  Therefore Storage One offices will remain open to serve our customers.   The safety of our employees and customers will remain our main focus. We will make continued adjustments as needed to ensure this safety.   We encourage customers to call before coming in to the office to review needs and best protocol of service.   We also remind customers they can limit visits to the office by handling transactions via phone, website online payments www.storageoness.com , email and utilizing our night drop.  We will be limiting staff we ask for your patience in office wait times.
• Employees are asked to take their temperature before coming to work each day. 
• Employees may not come to work if they are sick, have a fever or are contagious
• Employees are to minimize personal belongings brought in the office each day. 
• Employees are asked to follow the Director’s Stay at Home Order during non-working hours to minimize exposure outside of work
• NO delivery personnel is permitted in office lobby
o Employees are not to have personal packages delivered to office
o UPS, Fedex drivers are to be met outside, keys exchanged and packages taken to directly to units
o No deliveries are to be accepted in the office outside of Storage One office essential deliveries. 
• Offices will remain on normal office hour schedule, limiting personnel 
o The first hour of business will be reserved for vulnerable populations including elderly and vulnerable conditions
o We will suspend personally escorting customers out to see units. 
• Chair to be removed from counter area to help establish appropriate distancing ( Handicap excluded)
• One customer at the counter at a time in designated area with 6’ distancing, direct waiting customers to appropriate distancing waiting area (marked 6’ spacing)
• We will continue our high standards of cleaning offices, keys, trucks, equipment and facility
• All office areas are to be cleaned daily with heavy traffic areas (door handles, bathrooms, counter tops, phones, pens, kitchen area) to be wiped down regularly during the day
• Community counter items such as pens, brochures, cups and candy are to be removed from counter.
• Wiping down shared materials between each transactions
• Washing hands after each transaction
• Sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and/or soap and water will be available to employees and customers
